ABOUT
Hello and welcome to my site! I am the artist and designer, Courtney Kenny. I was born and raised in Baltimore, MD and studied Communication digital media and Studio Art at Loyola University Maryland. I am currently living in Basalt, Colorado and working as the Exhibitions Assistant at the Aspen Art Museum where I have gained experience in art handling, museum installation and the ins and outs of putting together an exhibition. I've had the opportunity to take on numerous projects from painting murals and replicating artwork to pouring concrete and fabricating displays.
On this site you can see both my original and commissioned work as well as some of my design and digital work. Currently in my practice I find myself most excited about exploring the relationship between poetry and collage. I also work in a few graphic design projects when I get the opportunity!
